I got the same answer from Mr. Okrent's assistant, and wrote back that four guys perched on columns was not adequate coverage of a demonstration of 5,000 to 10,000, who were they trying to kid? Mr. Okrent's assistant promises they will review Iraqi coverage. We'll see. Lopsided demonstration reviewing is such old hat for the New York Times. Remember last year, when I bitched because an Israeli Peace Now demonstration of 10,000 had been splashed all over the front page, while a Gush Emonim demonstration of 100,000 got the same bury-one-paragraph-inside-an-unrelated-story treatment a few weeks later?
