Searchie... was there something that happened to you in your childhood? Something the family doesn't talk about? Were you always paranoid of strangers? Did you always believe that everyone but you was homosexual, and they were coming to get you? Or, is it just something that... you can't... quite... control, and it threatens to burst out of you in any stressful situation? I'm sure all our sympathies go out to you... (but, frankly, you sound like you're on the edge of scaling some clock tower --- instead of doing what you should: find professional - and patient - help).
