Wow! It looks as if Marchex (Enhance Interactive & Trafficleader consolidated results) were revenue of $14 for year end December 2002. Projected revenue to be $27 to $28 Million for year ending December 2003. Roughly a doubling of revenue. Quite obviously they are looking to raise $35 million before the month of February is over. I would suspect another acquisition by then or VERY shortly thereafter. Also... Do a google search for Marchex. The 6th or 7th result comes up with an attorney's website from Oregon. What is odd is that the attorney's site is the EXACT DESIGN (color, layout etc.) as the Marchex corporate site. I wonder if Marchex bought a web hosting company????.... I think in the filing they mention something about web hosting. Or is it part of a beta test...etc....etc... Also... OT and more important - Today is a Great Day for mankind!
