K... all the public docs are on Sedar for Canadian companies sedar.com Take company profiles at the top and follow the yellow brick road... Look here for insider sales etc.. sedi.ca Mind it is .CA site if you forget and use .COM you end up in France.. C'est beaux par la mais ça sert a rien... ;o) regards Kastel
