No Problem Michael. I have not hidden the fact that I am tom 414 on SH and sign my posts here as Tom. No beef really except a few of you guys keep coming onto the AQI thread like you are "going to save us" from something. Like I say it is only 7-9% of PF. If it goes poof it will not be the end of the world like for you if IMR goes poof as you are 100% in IMR I believe. Unless you and metaldog are running the Star Chamber and are Cop, Judge and executioner all in one you may want to wait before you rain all over AQI's "frivolous" actions. Someone higher up the food chain than you and metal will decide that. But you have tickled my ear. What is Fat Tuesday?? Tom

It is IMR that has the inferred court actions they supposedly filed the writ in court that went invisible. You are sounding pretty desperate Mike. Get help while you can. Better sell off some IMR while you still show a profit. If they hit IMR will be owned by AQI anyhow. AQI doesn't want to have the court honor their claim for Pampas sheep grass. So if IMR hits they lose. Better figure it out before it's too late. So AQI will not pounce if the truth machine comes up light. If you hit you lose. Kinda like the old saying Heads I win tails you loose. You know why they put a rubber band on a sheep's tail don't you? Tom

Michael You said your advice is to get out of AQI? Why? Do you have some inside information that you can give us so as to save us from losing money? If AQI goes down I stay in it can I sue you or report you to the BCSC? for having information in advance that you traded on and suggested that others do likewise? I'll be watching to see if your "advice" translates into a profit for you. Now had you said 'opinion' that might have been different but everyone here knows you are an insider and now you want to put your foot in your mouth and jeopardize your future as an internet hypester and possibly go to prison and/or get a fine? Are you related to Martha Stewart or something? Now tell me this Michael..why should I believe someone like you who is evidently stupid enough to give out inside information advice, in public, to people who know who you are? Makes no sense.
