No, there is no law saying such, when you find such law, you let me know.

However, the first amendment says:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Our system of government was set up with checks and balances, because the Founders recognized the fallen state of man, and wanted no man to hold complete sway. The Founders were overwhelmingly Christian.
