Yeah, just like those old nasty folks taking downt he confederate flag in south carolina. Maybe Dean and that old moth eaten senator byrd from WV will help them get their confederate flag back up. i am sure the klu klux klan is supporting the effort. Please let me know when senator byrd croaks. I need to ask for time off so i can drive over and urinate on his grave.

Mark my word, they will try to undercut Spitzer by declaring that the Feds have priority over the States. What do you mean "will"? Philip Purcell, the CEO of Morgan/Stanley was strong-arming Rep. Michael Oxley and Purcell's other whores in Congress very soon after Spitzer began his investigations into the banker's RICO violations in the Enron case a couple of years ago. Purcell and the other Street fascists wrote the Office of the Comptroller of Currency's proposed rule changes that wer mentioned on the Moyers' program. Spitzer appeared to be bought off when he caved in on the fines that Morgan and Merrill were expected to pay for their fraudulent ripoffs of their customers in the Enron swindles. But Spitzer didn't stay bought off. His new attack on the mutual funds is only a sideshow from the real attack he was thwarted from making. Spitzer is playing a smart game, politically. I hope he has an adequate body guard. He's creating some very powerful and very ruthless enemies.
