Hello Mac Avity, Fine. How about using your TA system for a decade, keeping careful records of what has happened? Then compare the performance of this strategy with some index that you like. I think you will then decide on some different policy. This doesn't solve the abstract, general problem, namely is what you described a good strategy. That strategy must be tested against abundant back data. Very laborious. But your ten year test will solve my current problem which is how to dissuade you away from the strategy.
