When an attack occurs, the system will examine the surveillance records for the site for the 24 hours before the attack took place. ''You would have to do this a number of times to be able to predict'' future attacks, according to the Air Force officer who is in charge of Project Eyes. If this report is true, one USAF Officer's ass is in a sling. This is such a gross violation of operational security (OPSEC) that I cannot not believe it until proven. If evidence suggests it is true, this is definitely court-martial material.
