So President's do have line item veto now? Which Bush was handed it? Did Clinton have it?

It looks like Clinton has the line item veto for one year, *handed to him by a Republican Congress*, before the Supreme Court ruled that version of the Line Item veto unconstitutional. Does the current President Bush have it? If so, please provide your source.
