Today's Barrons discusses Arnie Schneider's prowess in investing in deep cyclicals of the rust belt variety --US Steel, Massey Energy, etc. Through November, his Schneider Small Cap Value Fund is up 93.6%, compared with a gain of 40.9% in the Russell 2000 Value index.
