Bill, Hank, my main thought was that investors faced with knowing that there would always be a certain number of shares available daily at any reasonable offer wouldn't be willing to push the price up, rather just wait until their lower offer was accepted. I can't see any upside to the Kinross situation, just possibly a downside. Of course, the next PacRim announcement may be so favourable that investors are looking for more than Kinross' normal daily quota, and then up goes the share price, assuming that Kinross doesn't take advantage by suddenly offering a lot more than their normal daily quota. It's going to make it interesting, I guess. Phil
