R&D is not included in manufacturing cost. US company would loose money for not selling above manufacturing cost but US is stack with R&D that is passed to US buyers. Most of the cost is associated with R&D. re: US drug manufacturers gouge Americans and I just explained why. BTW by your reasoning I would think that most of your drugs are coming from Colambia
