My assumption is that the dollar will at least stabilize. The war will now be seen as entering the "wind down" phase, but there is still much to do.

Yes, I saw that but I cant IMAGIN Saddam being allowed to testify as to the secret deals he had with France. Maybe he will just to get even for being left out in the cold but wouldnt surprise me if an ACCIDENT befalls him before he gets before a court. jdn
