no, i meant the opposite...by shorting opportunity, i meant possible opportunity for shorting the USD and market. i hope gold shares sell off to present a buying opportunity there.

As expected, the propaganda machine is in high gear and the first nation in the 'coalition' to see the new day, Australia, sells gold down as if on cue from nervous shorts and scammers in NY. This is expected and probably forecasts a down day for gold in NY as Bush tries to blame all the dollars problems on the Iraq war and claims that the capture of some dude in a hole without even a cell phone, is going to change everything so that the golden age of America will suddenly re-appear.

BUT wait, the Chinese stepped in as soon as the market opened there and stopped the slide and its rebounding as I write this. My bets are on the Chinese to win the day.

One day things will return to normal in Australia and they will dump Howard and stop being Bush's puppets.
