He's already been saying that since 1992. He wouldn't let us verify that. Instead, he shot at our planes patrolling the "no fly zone," and threatening and intimidating WMD inspectors, and throwing them out of the country.

Where have you been since 1992?

Also Saddam has billions hidden somewhere.
