Democrat senator Mel Carnahan plane crashed on Oct 16th 1985. He was running against Aschroft back then....Enter Iran Contra affair. Fact check time. Mel Carnahan died in 2000. A little late for Iran-Contra. cnn.com

nz_g, Glenn has already corrected the record on Mel Carnahan's untimely demise. Here's another article on that incident, which in itself remains suspicious, but not quite Reagan-era spooky. alternet.org The article suggests, but does prove, that a series of untimely deaths in air crashes seem to have occurred to people who uniformly seem to have been opposed to the interests of the Bush Crime Family, Inc.
