Dean is a loose cannon who doesn't have a grasshopper's sense of political rythm and timing.

He doesn't realize that the French position on Iraq is a very serious hot button with many voters, even those who are lukewarm about W's performance in Iraq.

"The president is very foolish to take retaliatory trade actions against French companies," Dean was quoted as telling the paper, which released an English-language transcript of his remarks.

I am starting a prayer vigil hoping Dean is the demo choice.
