"I said you were distorting what they said...."

Yes you did. And you were wrong then just as you are wrong
now. Here's the article I was referring to when I made my
comment.....

Had you followed the discussion, you would have know
that's where I got my comment from.

As for whether it is perceived to to be a racial issue,
here's a good way to tell.......

When a group makes a list of those things they
deem "dangerous" about someone they oppose & that
person's race is listed among those items considered
"dangerous", it IS a racial issue.

If it had nothing to do with Estrada 's race, "he is
Latino" wouldn't have been on that list . PERIOD.
Estrada 's race was considered one of the major factors
making him "dangerous".

That's a fact. There are no if's, and's or but's about it.

These "special interest groups" & Senate Democrats are
openly acknowledging that because he's "Latino", he's
going to be treated quite differently than if he were,
say, a white male or an Asian American, etc.

That's very wrong to so obviously & openly admit that
racial discrimination will be a major factor in Estrada 's
nomination process.

Next thing, someone is going to tell me that Affirmative
Action guarantees everyone is treated equally everywhere
in the USA & my elected Democratic representatives are
100% in agreement.
