Where should he be tried to get a fair trial? Ah, KC, there are MANY places in Iraq where he could have a fair trial...just as fair as the places he gave those whom he executed, or had executed.... MANY, MANY places!

A better question could be : Where should he be tried to get a fair trial? Outer space may be the only venue available for a truly fair trial.

What an absurd thing to say! Many of his crimes were public and even filmed. It's a case of putting the matter formally on record for the sake of order and honour and justice. He is the person ultimately responsible. This is not some mediocre felony trial. It should take place in Iraq where the mass graves are. There is no obligation to Hussein and a huge obligation to the Iraqi people that a proper witnessing and accounting be done. Then they can hang the SOB. A better question could be : Where should he be tried to get a fair trial? before considering his future.
