It is explosive, if true.

Unfortunately, my experience is that The Telegraph's stories are not always credible. I remember one about French intelligence sharing proof positive of Saddam's African yellow-cake efforts, sharing this information with the Brits, and the Brits then refusing to provide it to us because they would "compromise a source."

A story that if true would have been huge. It went nowhere, like a lot of Telegraph's stories. I suspect this one will have a similar fate but we'll see.
