The falling dollar is Bushies fault not Soros's. If I were a trader I'd have bet against the dollar too once Bush announced the most fiscally irresponsible fiscal policy in our history. They're printing money but the dollar's worth 20% less than it was when Bush took office, despite his attempts to talk it up. The dollar will get a brief pop now then remain weak until Bush's policies are reversed.
