Actually I was just listening to some reports from the Middle East on the radio on my way home, and on the whole, most people are glad he's been caught.

Tommasso is correct. The majority in Iraq hated and feared him. The problem now is that with the boogie man gone the Shiites will likely become more vociferous for a rapid power transfer.. Things like this won't help..
