more serious is the condition of the oil fields. They are field out the fields themselves have been let go in effort to produce maximum oil in the last few years.. figures Iraq requires 40 billion in investments and should be open to international groups. He also stated we are two years away from any time of Iraq law for interntional oil companies to invest in Iraq with any kind of feeling of secure law binding agreements.

In the meantime China electric use growing 15% a year. China fighting with Japan for oil pipeline from Russia. Oil demand in China rising rapidly.
