No fool at XOM CVX BP etc will be putting any investment in Iraq that cannot withstand a tremendous amount of scrutiny.

Who is talking about investment? I'm thinking about the $5 Billion that the Department of Defense already cannot account for of the monies appropriated for the Iraqi campaign. I'm talking about the Billions in reserves in Iraqi banks that are unaccounted for. That's oil money that has flowed into the CPA and now into thin air.

The physical oil is too easy to monitor. Wiser heads "follow the money".

I read somewhere in the last couple days(sorry don't remember where) that NOI has a lot of equipment in Iraq, not sure if it was equipment taken away from them by our buddy Sadam or not. But the article said that they would get a lot of work there.
