he doesn't understand the varied "pools" are selected and assigned risk elements. Encompassing the whole puts you back at square one. You are assuming ALL the risk.

I've read some of your recent posts Al, are you drinking? I know you Russki types like your vodka.

The most basic principle of insurance is the larger the pool, the less the risk - thus lower costs for each of the insured.
