Victor, my understanding is that FIRST means Primo, number one, unos, numero uno. You replied:

A reasonable person would conclude from your statements that there was no prior evidence of Iraqi implication in 9/11.

Using elementary logic, the same reasonable person would also conclude that you are not reasonable.
