I think now the insurgency will no longer be linked to Saddam, and will instead increasingly become identified as "freedom fighters" trying to oust the occupying Americans. If, as many of us suspect, that this was all about oil, the Bushies will make this true. I predict the steady body count of Americans will continue through the show trial and the elections.
