That is completely irrelevant - the burden of proof or providing information was Saddam and if he violated the treaty regarding WMD then he violated the treaty.

The WMD's are (and were, on the eve of war) established fact. The disposition of them of the only question.

The left continues to lie about WMD's "not being there", assisted by their dying "establishment" media lap dog.

Is it any wonder 80% of the American people are just waiting for the day in 2004 to move them OUT?...
