It won't even take much money to beat him. Just run the footage, and concentrate on the Congressional races. As Bush has said-and PROVED in 2002-the only value of political capital is in its use. The massive zoo/Wellstone Funeral/anti-humanity obscenity that will be the Democratic Convention (in one of the worlds last communist cities: Boston) will be the negative ad of the century.
