CLX & ECL are doing the opposite of my first impression. Most likely due to disappointment they were not Henkel's target.

I was waiting for a foreign company to start acquiring US corporate assets and take advantage of the weak dollar

The food industries are ripe for takeover..Kellogg, Post, nabisco, etc. :)
