not even. he was only carrying 750K. you can tell he was bearish on the US Peso since he denominated Iraqi oil exports in Euros.

It so happen that in the ME they still prefer the USD. Further from what I know, Iran prints fake USD's in their effort to undermine the US economy. SO you never know if the USD were fake or real.

Unfortunate lot's of fake USD go to former USSR and poor people get stuck with them.

As a side comment if you deposit USD in a ME bank at teh requirement of the US Treasury, you must sign the list of numerical identifications of the USD's notes you deposit.

Interestingly so far the EUR had a 200 pips swing from last nigbt to now..... on no real economic news
