Oh, thanks! When it said please "type or print" I thought you could just type it in online! How could you actually type that - I guess you would need a typewriter?

I'm no expert on this, but I believe some .PDF documents are in fact forms that can be filled in. They have to be made that way by the document creator, and can be printed with the entered information. I don't think you can save them with the information entered.
