On to the next one......

The people of the State of Oregon voted on three separate occasions to permit doctor assisted suicide. That subsequently became law within the State of Oregon. The Federal Government used federal law controlling the substances to attempt to negate that law. Violation of States Rights or not?

P.S. Switching roles momentarily....I have to go to settlement. <LOL>

Bush should give "innumerable press conferences" so the voters can see what he's really like. In today's press conference Bush said "...in the innumerable press conferences I've already given and the innumerable press conferences I'm going to give in the coming year..." I guess I missed many many of those innumerable press conferences. I wonder how many Bush thinks it takes to add up to innumerable, 2 or 3??? The dictionary says it means "too many to be numbered."

Bush also said military force is our means of last resort. Bush is quick to use military force and has no conception whatsoever of diplomacy. Which will be the next country he invades? Syria, Iraq, or North Korea? Syria would be quick and easy and only cost a few hundred more US lives but gains no resources for his corporate backers to profit from. North Korea has no resources to profit from and would cost hundreds of thousands if not millions of lives. I suspect Iraq is on the top of the list since it has so much oil and bordering both Afghanistan and Iran he can make claims that they harbored and trained terrorists. Iraq is the most likely candidate for Bush to attack in his futile quest to bring democracy to to the Middle East.
