I am not in the business of claiming "allies". Some of us do not see SI as a battleground, if you can believe it :-) I was just pointing at the irony of thinking of a Russian Jew whose posts clearly show he has Israel's interests at heart as a fellow patriot of US of A. You were, after all, complaining about some American citizens who post on SI... to albert kovalyov :-) It was a disagreement with his position I do not read Albert's posts if I can possibly avoid them, really. So, I don't know what his position is, if any, other than incoherent mumbles always on the side of whatever Israel does or did, and fits of giggling that I seem to remember from his posts back when I actually read them.
