China property firm looks at govt-subsidised flats in Hong Kong




HONG KONG, : China's largest property developer China National Real Estate Development has expressed fresh interest in buying 20,000 vacant government-subsidised flats in Hong Kong, a report said.

Head of China National Real Estate Development, Meng Xiaosu, said the group was considering buying the vacant home-ownership scheme (HOS) flats and selling them to mainland Chinese visitors as time-share apartments, the Beijing-linked Wen Wei Po reported.
