This morning I saw an exiled Iraqi "top scientist" on CNN discussing WMDs. This guy was billed as the very top, and he spoke "American" very well. He was being interviewed specifically in regards to the WMDs. I listened to his answers, and instead of stating categorically that he knew this or that, he was giving second hand information, that is others in high places who should know had told him about the WMDs and all those tunnels under Baghdad where they are hidden. Anyway, it isn't the "physical" stash of WMDs that are being now sought. It is what the "intentions" or plans for WMDs was. I heard that on TV as well. Interrogation regarding "intentions". It isn't what you do, it is what you think you might consider to do. Good riddance to another Despot. But too bad it happened like it did. I hate being lied to, because it implies I am a fool, and to accept a lie simply proves it. The military/government is using lies as a Weapon of Mass Deception. Had they come out truthfully and stated they needed to overthrow Hussein for the following reasons, I might have supported it. But instead they chose deception and lies. The US has lost its "innocence" and morality for all to see. And many now see the US as another one of history's Imperial Empires. None of them lasted forever.
