Sorry, I give blame and credit where it's due. I don't blame the previous administration for this administration's neglect. Nor do I credit the past administration for this administration's successes. What success? Nor will I blame future administrations. This is the strongest nation in the world. It's leader shapes the nation and provides direction. If the Executive cannot take the responsibility for the nation who can? Sorry, As Truman said...the Buck Stops Here. Bush must take responsibility for the state of the nation, or step aside and let someone else govern. Orca
