The ISM supplier index is above 55, consistent with building bottlenecks, a good guide to Fed rate hikes in the past. We doubt that the Fed will be on hold throughout 2004.

BCA has been wrong for months
but....If they hike in Sept, I will not care
My premise is slower than expected.
