Well, speaking SOLELY of Mexico, the thinking was as the Mexican economy improves we will have less illegal immigrants coming into this country. They create a terrible drain on the economies of the border states, especially California and Arizona. Remember though NAFTA includes far more then Mexico, basically the entire western Hemisphere. jdn
