the murder, torture, and deaths of perhaps several hundred thousand people and the ruthless subjugation of millions. So why didn't Bush go after Burma? Their dictator is just as bad and there is credible alternative leadership. This war was never about Saddam, except for the fact that he was weak. It was about selling off the Iraqi oil assets to private (but well connected) investors, plus a few bones to Israel for some votes. TP

You say Saddam was responsible for several hundred thousand people, Lieberman says more than a million, where do you numbers come from. I can't find Liebermans...
