So why didn't Bush go after Burma?
Their dictator is just as bad and there is credible alternative leadership. This war was never about Saddam, except for the fact that he was weak. It was about selling off the Iraqi oil assets to private (but well connected) investors, plus a few bones to Israel for some votes.

Maybe, like AS, that doesn't faze you in the least.

When it was actually happening, YOU Republicans were the ones that weren't fazed in the least. Reagan, Rummy and other Republicans were all shaking hands with the "great man" Saddam even as he was butchering and using chemical weapons on Kurds and Iranians.

Shove your pontificating up your own a$$, for heaven's sake!
