The issue of where they trial is to be held will be tricky and fraught with pitfalls, to be sure. Since the crimes alleged were primarily against the people of Iraq, it would stand to reason the trial should be held there, with a jury of Iraqis. And of course, there is a risk of a hung jury, as there would be in any trial. Consider it the first real test of the fledgling Iraqi democracy......

OB, if the Nuremberg model is flawed, then let's improve it is all. This should be the trial of the century.
