Well the joint resolution does not say at all that Saddam had WMD present tense and that was why he was going to be given the opportunity to show all the world how a rat lives in a hole in the ground. And I have no reason to believe that Wesley Clark, Gephardt and Dean ever read the joint resolution and know why America gave saddam the opportunity to show all the world how a rat lives in a hole in the ground. Their minds have been in a rat hole for a long time.
