Boy, he sure is bearish on silver.

Chinese to export a lot more silver? I was thinking internal demand might pick up significantly. He seems to think otherwise.

Is he right? We'll see. He's also bearish on gold (for all the wrong reasons, LOL).

It't all about the dollar right now.
