The bulls managed to squeak 10k by me...OK, so I missed it by a little. But the fact that it took them 2 MONTHS to move the final 100 points should be telling you something.

100pts /10,000pts x 100% x (12 months/yr) / (2 months) = 6% a year

Beats money funds.
