Don't really see why anyone else should think they have a say in the matter at all.


Certain people are trying very hard to establish themselves as the only "legitimate" (the ways they word is getting overload with meanings!) jurists for warcrimes trials.

Me neither. (Though the Iranians may want to say a few words). And if the UN or Human Rights people think they should say how it should be done, the politest thing I could think of to reply is, "Where were you when we needed you??" Plus a few not-so-polite things.
