Getting Saddam was a triumph for the the administration and quiet down the democrats. But for how long before new issues pop up?

The need to cash in on the reconstruction is big. In one hand leaving the not willing out of the juicy deals provides a monopoly of the looting.

Leave them out and they will bring out past issues to be fed to the democrats to torpedo the Republicans.
