Managing the transition will ne tough to the USD, Jay. The transition from this to the next administration will be tricky. The future of the Bush administration is tightly coupled with will help in Iraq. Getting Saddam was a triumph for the the administration and quiet down the democrats. But for how long before new issues pop up? The need to cash in on the reconstruction is big. In one hand leaving the not willing out of the juicy deals provides a monopoly of the looting. Leave them out and they will bring out past issues to be fed to the democrats to torpedo the Republicans.
