PBR is sure bet. Even without monopoly they can sabotage the Brazilian economy for another 50 years just for the sake to give shareholders good profits.

RIO: They have been worried about infrastructure. They expetc the government to come out with their plan of investment in infrastructure so that they could plan how much they would, themselves invest to keep the export machine humming along.

I bought DROOY as a call on gold, BTE_U.TO (thanks KastelCo for pointing it out), and FNM Jan 2006 puts to hedge my NLY position. Still 65% cash.

PS. Also doubled my physical Palladium position.
