>>I told them I wouldn't press charges,..<< It's my understanding if a crime is actually committed, you don't have that option. However, in some areas there's may be the ability to look the other way when it comes to teenager stupidity. After all I'm sure we've all done stupid teenage stuff. Cheers.

Jim

I was driving home one afternoon and 2 doors down from my house when I lived in town I see Joni Prince on top of someone and just pummeling them. I stop and run up in the yard to find that Joni is just pounding the snot out of the neighbors 18 year old son. I save the little prick by pulling her off and ask her what in the world did the knothead do. She said she came home from work and found him in her bedroom trying to steal some underwear.

I'm thinking he never tried that again:)

Sherry, hate to shatter your image of me.
But, um, well, truth be told.....
...... I was that teenager, some thirty years ago.
Though I was never stupid(or unlucky enough) to have ever gotten caught.
They saved that for more serious charges<G/ng>

P.S> If it was me, and you caught me at it, I would have apologized for scaring you and offered to clean your garage in exchange for your silence and perhaps just a six pack <font face=wingdings><font size=5><font color=green>J

I don't know if he ran because I opened the door or screamed at the top of my lungs!

Well... it was probably because you were off key, who knows, had you been in tune, he might have joined you in the screaming operetta, just like ET... -g

[Nothing like an adrenaline rush to make you feel good eh ?]
