Actually, more along the lines of burglary:

Wisconsin Statutes Sec. 943.10 -- Burglary.

943.10(1)

(1) Whoever intentionally enters any of the following places without the consent of the person in lawful possession and with intent to steal or commit a felony in such place is guilty of a Class F felony:

a) Any building or dwelling;


If up to me, I'd charge the little rat bastard and let him sweat it out. Make him and his friends think about it next time this comes up.

Burglary can be a very dangerous activity. Instead of the demure S. Foxlette staring him in the face, he could have come face-to-face with an irate homeowner with a 12 gauge.
